Congratulations to Triple S Sports & Entertainment Group client, Cameron Brannagan, who has signed for League One outfit, Oxford United.
The 21 year old midfielder has joined on a three-and-a-half year contract from Liverpool, the club he has been at since the age of five, going on to make nine appearances for the first team. He has also represented England at both Under 18 & Under 20 levels.
Brannagan has previous experience in his new division, having spent the second half of the 2016/17 season on loan at Fleetwood Town, making fourteen appearances.
Upon signing for his new club, Cameron told the club’s official website; “It’s sad to be leaving Liverpool after such a long time but this is as really exciting challenge. Oxford play good football and I want to come here, play regular football, and help Oxford as much as I can.”
His new manager, Pep Clotet added; “Cameron is a player with huge potential and someone that a lot of clubs have been monitoring for a long time. He has excellent technique, a good understanding of game and a real hunger to do well. One thing I really liked when I spoke to him was his ambition to play and come here and show people what he can do. We believe that he will be an excellent fit for what we are building here.”
